Context
ePass Digital is a B2B/B2C digital advance care planning SaaS for the German market. Users create digital emergency cards (Notfallkarte), store advance care documents, manage contracts/subscriptions, and set up emergency access for family members.
The Problem
The German market needed a solution secure enough for sensitive data (medical documents, power of attorney, wills) yet simple enough for anyone to use. The B2B model also required a partner/affiliate area.
